The Jordanian Public Security Directorate stated in a tweet on “Twitter” that these security campaigns “led to the arrest of 97 wanted persons and suspects in cases of royalties and intimidation of citizens.”

She added that among them, 5 are classified as very dangerous and 56 persons were issued arrest warrants for these crimes, in addition to a number of suspects and previous perpetrators of these crimes.

She said, “The security campaigns are continuing in various locations and will not exclude anyone from the wanted and suspicious persons until they are all caught and society is freed from their actions.”

Last week, a number of people kidnapped a 16-year-old boy named Saleh Hamdan, before they amputated his hands and raised his eyes, and threw him a street soaked in his blood that he was wandering in, in Zarqa, east of the capital, Amman.
