The sources pointed out that “closed consultations are planned to be held at 15:00 on Monday,” noting that the meeting will be held at the request of Russia, France and the United States, heads of the Minsk group of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe.

On September 27, armed clashes erupted on the contact line between Azerbaijani and Armenian forces in the Karabakh region and adjacent areas, in the most dangerous escalation between the two parties in more than 20 years, amid mutual accusations of starting hostilities and bringing in foreign militants.
