A new rumor has revealed that SSC Tuatara has smashed the world’s fastest car record.

Between 2007 and 2010, SSC held the record for the fastest production car in the world, recorded in the Guinness Book of Records, with its Ultimate Aero, and at the moment the Koenigsegg Ajera RS is the fastest until the SSC officially records its number.

The rumor says that Tuatara managed to record a speed of more than 483 km / h as an average top speed on the track in both directions, and although my stopper recorded a speed of 490 km / h, it did so in one direction, which does not qualify it to set any record in the Guinness Book of Records. For its part, SSC confirmed that it is indeed seeking to officially record its top speed but without hinting at the number.
