The leadership of the Popular Mobilization Forces assigned ‘Al-Aboudi’ the position of Secretary of the Commission

A statement by the Hashd Authority, reported by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), said on Sunday that the Presidency of the Popular Mobilization Authority assigned the human rights pillar, Tahsin Matar Al-Aboudi, to the position of Secretary of the Commission, indicating that Al-Aboudi’s assignment came after he held the position in charge of the Popular Mobilization Operations during the liberation battles against the gangs ISIS terrorist.
It is noteworthy that Lieutenant General Tahseen Abd Matar was born in 1961 and is a graduate of the Iraqi Military College, Course 63 in 7/14/1981 and holds a Bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Baghdad.
He worked as a security advisor in the Ministry of the Interior in 2005 and a member of the National Assembly at that time. He also served as a member of the Security and Defense Committee in the House of Representatives, the first session, and an assistant to the Accountability and Justice Committee until 2010.
And when the terrorist “ISIS” of Iraqi cities was violated, he participated from the first day in the popular crowd in fulfillment of the fatwa of the reference to confront the terrorist gangs and assigned a director general of the popular crowd operations until 2019, after which he assigned an advisor to the head of the crowd organization in 2020.
Al-Aboudi has dozens of studies and research in the military and security fields, and he has participated in many conferences and seminars inside and outside Iraq.
